ECO ENCORE began with a simple observation.
What if fandom could leave less behind?
At the end of a concert, confetti can become part of a fan's favorite memory—and part of the waste left behind.
We wanted to use something already powerful in fandom culture: participation.
Instead of asking fans simply to clean up, ECO ENCORE turns collection into a shared challenge.
Fans collect discarded confetti, document their actions through venue-based QR codes, and compete through monthly and yearly contribution rankings.
The result is a system where individual fan participation becomes visible collective action.
